How Primeguard handles information from business applicants, customers, and Website visitors.
1. Information we collect

2. How we use information

3. How we disclose information
Primeguard may disclose information to hosting and technology providers; payment processors; fraud and identity-verification services; carriers, warehouses, manufacturers, distributors, and dropship suppliers; accounting, tax, legal, insurance, and professional advisers; analytics and communications providers; government or law-enforcement authorities when legally required; and parties involved in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets. We may also disclose information at the customer’s direction or with consent.
Primeguard does not sell personal information for money. If later advertising or analytics practices constitute “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under applicable law, this Policy and available opt-out controls will be updated before those practices begin.
4. Cookies and analytics

These rights may be limited where information concerns a business contact, transaction, legal obligation, security need, or another permitted exception. 8. Marketing communications
Marketing emails may be discontinued through the unsubscribe link or by contacting Primeguard. Customers may still receive account, security, order, payment, shipping, tax, warranty, or other transactional messages.

The Website is a business purchasing portal and is not directed to children under 13. Primeguard does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Website.
10. International users
The Website is operated from the United States. Information submitted from outside the United States may be processed and stored in the United States and other locations used by service providers, subject to applicable law.
11. Third-party links and services
Third-party websites, payment services, carriers, and embedded tools maintain their own privacy practices. Primeguard is not responsible for third-party privacy practices and encourages users to review their notices.
