Shipping and delivery policy

Order processing

Primeguard normally begins processing accepted orders within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time is not transit time. Supplier availability, dropship products, special orders, large orders, credit review, certificate review, export review, and freight arrangements may require additional time. An order is not ready for pickup until Primeguard confirms readiness.

Fulfillment locations

Orders may ship from Primeguard, a manufacturer, a distributor, or another supplier location. Products in one order may arrive separately and may have different carriers, tracking information, or delivery dates.

Domestic shipping

Small-parcel orders may ship by UPS or FedEx. Large, heavy, palletized, or oversized products may ship by LTL freight or another suitable service. Shipping charges may be calculated using live rates, quoted separately, or billed collect on an approved carrier account.

Collect shipments

A collect shipment requires a valid carrier account authorized for the delivery address. The customer is responsible for carrier charges, accessorials, reclassification, reweigh, address corrections, refused-delivery charges, storage, redelivery, and other carrier-assessed amounts.

Freight accessorials

Customers must identify residential, limited-access, liftgate, inside-delivery, appointment, and other special-service needs before shipment. Charges not identified during checkout may be invoiced after shipment.

International orders

International sales are prepaid and subject to approval. The purchaser must arrange pickup after readiness is confirmed and is responsible for shipping documents, freight, insurance, duties, taxes, customs, destination requirements, export compliance, and related costs.

Delivery estimates

Delivery and availability dates are estimates, not guarantees. Primeguard is not responsible for carrier, supplier, customs, weather, labor, security, force-majeure, or other delays outside its reasonable control.

Risk of loss

Unless a written quotation or mandatory law provides otherwise, risk of loss passes when the shipment is tendered to the carrier. Primeguard will reasonably assist with a carrier claim when appropriate.

Damage, shortage, or incorrect delivery

  • Inspect packages and freight before signing when possible.
  • Note visible damage, missing pieces, or pallet irregularities on the carrier receipt.
  • Keep all packaging, labels, photographs, and delivery records.
  • Report issues promptly to info@primeguardfiltration.com.
  • Do not install, alter, or resell a disputed item before receiving instructions.
