Only verified resale businesses approved by Primeguard may place orders through the Website.

Who may apply

Service distributors, e-commerce resellers, dealers, and other legitimate businesses purchasing products for resale may apply. Primeguard does not approve accounts for personal or household purchasing.

Information required

• Legal business and trade name
• Authorized contact information
• Billing and shipping addresses
• Business type and intended resale activity
• Valid resale or tax-exemption certificate
• Additional verification reasonably needed for fraud, credit, export, or carrier-account review

Review and approval

New accounts remain pending until reviewed. Primeguard may contact the applicant, request corrections or additional documents, and verify submitted information. Approval may be denied without creating an obligation to disclose internal review criteria. Approval is specific to the named business and does not automatically extend to affiliates, customers, contractors, or other entities.

Account status

• Pending: Application received, but purchasing access is unavailable.
• Approved: The business may use the purchasing features assigned to its account.
• Suspended: Access is temporarily restricted while information, payment, compliance, or security concerns are reviewed.
• Disapproved or terminated: Purchasing access is unavailable.

Tax-exempt status

Account approval and tax-exempt approval are related but separate determinations. Primeguard may require a current certificate for each applicable jurisdiction or transaction. Customers must promptly provide renewals and notify Primeguard if exemption eligibility changes.

Authorized users

The approved business is responsible for designating authorized purchasers and for their activity. Primeguard may rely on instructions, orders, and purchase orders submitted through the approved account or recognized business email domain until notified otherwise.
